Amanda Souders

Amanda Souders is the VP of People at Getlabs. Amanda has extensive experience in building mission-driven, values-based organizations that are diverse and inclusive. Prior to Getlabs, Amanda was the Head of People & CX at Fair.com, a fintech/marketplace company. There they built a world-class team that delivered an exceptional customer experience. Before Fair.com, Amanda was the VP of Customer Success at Keap (formerly Infusionsoft), where they led departments including customer onboarding, professional services, service design, customer care, customer training, operations, value-added services, CX, and Voice of Customer. Amanda began their career in 2000 as an Associate Director of Operations at Verizon Wireless and later became a Supervisor of Reservations Operations at Southwest Airlines.

They are on a team with Karen Maher - General Counsel, David Mayer - COO, and Jaime LaFontaine - VP, Business Development. Amanda Souders reports to Kyle Michelson, CEO.
