Sharon Flood

Sharon Flood has a long and varied work history, having held positions at Getlink, CityFibre, the University of Cambridge, Pets at Home, British Gymnastics, Crest Nicholson plc, the Science Museum Group, ST Dupont, Network Rail, and Sun Capital Partners. Sharon is currently the Director at Getlink.

Flood began their career in 1997 as the Head of Strategy and Director of Finance at Kingfisher. Sharon left the company in 2001 to join John Lewis as their Finance Director for the Department Stores. Sharon stayed with John Lewis until 2005, when they left to join Shelter UK as a Trustee and Chair of their Audit/Finance Committee.

In 2009, Flood joined Sun Capital Partners as their Group CFO. Sharon remained with the company until 2014, when they left to join ST Dupont as their Chairman of the Board. Sharon held this position until 2018, when they left to join Pets at Home as a NED & Chair of Audit.

Flood has been with Getlink since 2019 and currently serves as their Director.

Sharon Flood has an MBA from INSEAD, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Sharon has a BSc (Hons) in Maths from the University of Bath.
