Stefan Heaton is an accomplished founder and managing director of Heaton Rail, which specializes in connecting top talent with major rail and heavy industry organizations globally. Stefan also serves as an operations manager and consultant at Karnaji, focusing on professional services in the electrical and infrastructure sectors. In addition, Stefan is the technical director of Heaton Instrumedics, providing essential medical services across Australia. As the founder of RoleSpot, Stefan developed a platform for rapid talent acquisition in the rail sector. In their capacity as a start-up coach at RMIT Activator, Stefan supports entrepreneurship among students and alumni. Moreover, Stefan contributes as a fellow and investor at AfterWork Ventures, assisting early-stage startups.
