In addition, Stefan is the technical director of Heaton Instrumedics, providing essential medical services across Australia. As the founder of RoleSpot, Stefan developed a platform for rapid talent acquisition in the rail sector. In their capacity as a start-up coach at RMIT Activator, Stefan supports entrepreneurship among students and alumni. Moreover, Stefan contributes as a fellow and investor at AfterWork Ventures, assisting early-stage startups. With previous leadership experience at Protech Group and Metro Trains Melbourne, Stefan combines extensive technical expertise with a strong educational background, holding multiple degrees from RMIT University.
