Tan Le (Henry) has two years of work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at GetLinks, where they coordinated with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles and sent recruiting emails to passive candidates. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Specialist cum Sales Admin Specialist at Sunrise Land Real Estate Company from 2018, where they built recruitment plans, launched recruitment campaigns, and supported and involved in the recruitment process.
