Rica Mae Rivera

Rica Mae Rivera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and project management. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at Magic, Inc. since March 2019, Rica has progressed through various roles including Sales Assistant Project Manager and Operations Team Lead. Previously, Rica worked as a Physician Recruiter for Fruit Street, focusing on recruiting telemedicine providers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Rica gained experience as a Video Producer at GRVTY Media, where the initiative Millennials of Manila was developed. Rica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Santo Tomas, completed in 2017.
