Claire Bartok, CHRP

Claire Bartok, CHRP has a wealth of work experience. In 2020, they began working at Maple (getmaple.ca) as Manager of People Operations and Employee Rewards and Experience Manager, responsible for supporting employee retention. Her areas of focus are total rewards, performance management, employee engagement, and health and safety. Claire was later promoted to Employee Rewards and Experience Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Borrowell from 2018-2020 as a Talent Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2017, they worked at GoodLife Fitness as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. From 2016-2017, they worked at VHA Home HealthCare as a Human Resources Coordinator (Contract), Rogers Communications as a Human Resources Assistant (Contract), and WilsonCTS as a Recruitment Intern. In 2015, they worked at Thorek/Scott and Partners as a Research Associate.

Claire Bartok, CHRP obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Queen's University between 2011 and 2014. Claire then attended George Brown College between 2015 and 2016 to study Human Resources Management and Services. In March 2016, they obtained their Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
