Morgan Fergenbaum has held various positions in the entertainment industry since 2016. In 2016, they began working as a Copywriter & Digital Marketing Specialist for 5Crowd. In 2018, they became the House Manager for Lower Ossington Theatre and a Front of House Assistant for the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) at the Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre. In 2017, they were a Guest Services Supervisor at Casa Loma. In 2019, they joined Vend as a Retailer Advocate - eCommerce Specialist and returned to TIFF as the Festival Services Rep - VISA Skyline Drive-In. In 2020, they became a Customer Support Representative and then a Customer Support Specialist for Maple (getmaple.ca) and were recognized with the Maple Bonsai Feedback & Coaching Award. In 2021, they were promoted to Customer Support Operations Coordinator at Maple and were the #1 company-wide leader for most Intercom conversations. In 2022, they returned to TIFF as the Head Representative - Princess of Wales Theatre.
