Kristi Hamilton

Kristi Hamilton has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2022. Kristi started their career at Aureus Medical as a Senior Recruiter from 2003 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Conagra Brands and held various roles including Senior Recruiter, Key Account Manager, and Manager Talent Acquisition. From 2010 to 2014, they served as the Manager Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion, providing guidance and support on D&I strategies. In 2014, they were promoted to Director Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Corporate and Commercial Foods, and later became the Director Talent Acquisition. In 2018, Kristi joined GetMed Staffing, Inc. as the Director of Nurse Recruiting. Kristi was promoted to Director, Nursing Division in 2022, and is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations.

Kristi Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from the University of Northern Colorado, with a major in Speech Communication and a minor in Business Administration.
