Nicholas Hill has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Nicholas began their career in 2005 as a Sales Representative at Gap Inc., where they worked until 2009. In 2008, they also briefly worked as a Teller at Chase. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Bank Teller at Cornerstone National Bank & Trust Company. In 2011, they transitioned within the same company to become an Accountant and Finance Assistant, a role they held until 2014. Following this, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Chicago Transom Partners Co. from 2014 to 2015. Nicholas then joined LendUp, where they served as a Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, and eventually as a Treasury Analyst from 2015 to 2018. Currently, they are working at GetMyBoat, initially as a Finance and Accounting Manager from 2018 to 2019 and now as the Director of Finance and Accounting since September 2019.
Nicholas Hill started their education in 2005, attending Harper College, where they pursued a degree in Business. Nicholas successfully completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in 2008. In 2009, Nicholas transferred to Illinois State University and pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance. Nicholas completed this program in 2010. In 2012, Nicholas returned to Harper College to obtain a CPA Preparation Certificate, which they successfully completed in 2014.
