Christos Orthodoxou

Christos Orthodoxou has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christos is currently the Director of Innovation & Insights at TheTalentPeople / GetMyFirstJob, where they lead employer roundtables and collaborates with employers to address challenges in early career recruitment. Prior to this, they founded Class Careers, a social enterprise that delivers online careers workshops to connect schools with employers. During their time at Class Careers, Christos directed operations that facilitated employer encounters for 5,000 young people and developed social impact measurement frameworks. Christos has also worked as an Advisor at Tonic Health, providing support in business strategy and fundraising. Christos has held positions at UnLtd, The Recruiting Times Magazine, Aston Business School, Britvic Soft Drinks, National Grid, and the BBC, where they gained experience in various roles and responsibilities.

Christos Orthodoxou attended Aston University from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business and Management, with a specialization in Marketing.
