Sian Jones

Sian Jones has extensive work experience in various roles within the account management and client partnership fields. Sian most recently served as the Head of Account Management at TheTalentPeople / GetMyFirstJob starting from January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sova Assessment as a Senior Client Partner and later as a Client Partner from March 2020 to January 2023. At The Myers-Briggs Company, they were a Key Account Manager from December 2014 to July 2019, where they managed relationships with clients and specialized in large-scale projects. Before that, they worked at OPP as an Account Executive from January 2012 to November 2014. Sian also has experience at Vodafone, where they served as a Senior Telephone Account Manager, responsible for account management and revenue growth of B2B clients from February 2009 to June 2011. Sian also worked as a Customer Service Agent at Vodafone from September 2006 to February 2009. Additionally, Sian started their career at Fountains as a Fleet & Procurement Administrator from February 2004 to August 2006.

Sian Jones attended Bicester Sixth Form from 1998 to 2000. Sian then went on to study History at Liverpool John Moores University from 2000 to 2003.
