Caio Costa

Caio Costa currently serves as the VP of Sales at Getnet since August 2025. Prior to this, Caio held several key leadership positions including Business Division Director for the LMEC at PagBank, overseeing large merchants and e-commerce strategies across Latin America. Previous roles include Director and Head of E-Commerce Business at PagSeguro International, where responsibilities included expanding payment solutions and leading a global team, as well as holding various director positions at PayPal focused on channel partnerships and SMB solutions in Latin America. Caio has also worked with Dotz Inc. as VP of TechFin, and at Visa and MasterCard in business development and partnerships. Educational background includes an MBA from Ibmec and a bachelor's degree from FAAP.
