Natalia Vladymyrov

Natalia Vladymyrov has held various roles throughout their work experience.

Natalia started their career at Wimdu GmbH in 2011 as an Operations Manager and worked there until 2012.

In 2012, they joined Uniorg Services GmbH as an SAP Business One Junior Consultant and stayed until 2014.

From 2014 to 2020, Natalia worked at Funding Circle Deutschland, where they held multiple roles including Operations and Business Process Manager, Head of Payments Central Europe, Berlin General Manager, European Head of Payments, CE Culture Lead, and Head of Operations CE.

In 2020, they joined SumUp as the Head of Lending Operations, where they worked until 2021.

Currently, Natalia is working at pliant as the Vice President of Operations, a position they have held since 2022.

In addition to their professional work, Natalia also founded Teamgeist Masters in 2020, which provides coaching solutions and support for teams and individuals in developing effective leadership mindsets and unleashing the power of collective teamwork.

Natalia Vladymyrov's education history begins with their completion of the IGCSE program at the International School of Paphos from 2001 to 2007. Natalia further pursued their studies at The English School, focusing on subjects such as BWL/VWL, höhere Mathematik und Statistik, and obtaining their A-Levels from 2007 to 2009. In the same period, they also attended the Pantelis Stylianides Institute of Accountancy, where they completed the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry program in Book-keeping and Controlling. Natalia then attended Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft from 2009 to 2012, earning their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Engineering. Continuing their professional development, they completed the SAP Business One Certified Consultant program at SAP AG from 2012 to 2013. In 2015, they acquired the Black Belt Six Sigma certification from IASSC and pursued the Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation from e-Careers, specializing in Project Management from 2015 to 2016.
