Joanna Jorgensen

Joanna Jorgensen is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in customer relationship management and retention strategies. Currently serving as the CRM & Loyalty Manager at quip. since April 2025, Joanna previously held the position of Retention Marketing Manager at Dropps® from March 2022 to March 2025, where Joanna also worked as a Retention Associate. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Marketing Manager and Marketing Associate at Steady State Brands from August 2019 to March 2022, and participation as a 2019 Venture For America Fellow from April 2019 to June 2021. Joanna began the marketing career as a Marketing Intern at A.D. Makepeace Company in early 2019. Joanna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Stonehill College in May 2019.
