Lesley Encarnacion

Lesley Encarnacion currently serves as DTC eCommerce Manager at quip. since January 2025, focusing on A/B testing, analytics, and a range of skills in the field. Previously, Lesley held the position of Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Ecommerce at dpHUE from November 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing website strategy and executing comprehensive digital marketing initiatives to boost online sales and brand visibility. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce at dpHUE, Associate Ecommerce Manager at Maesa, and a Digital Marketing Intern at Moroccanoil. Lesley's career began with a marketing internship at Higherlife Foundation. Lesley holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Marketing from Rutgers University–Newark.
