Garth Henson is the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Come Near, where they lead technical strategy and engineering operations for a mission-driven organization focused on digital ministry and outreach. Currently, they also serve as an Advisor to Rella and have held significant roles at CareAcademy and other prominent tech companies, including Microsoft and Disney. Garth's expertise in system architecture and commitment to mentorship have positioned them as a leader in fostering high-performing engineering teams. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Bob Jones University and have built a robust career in various engineering and advisory capacities.
