Spencer Hinton

Spencer Hinton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and program management. As a member of the founding team at Rocket since 2017, Spencer has contributed to the development of a next-generation recruiting agency that offers comprehensive solutions, including executive search and machine learning-enabled professional search and software solutions. Previously, Spencer worked as a Technical Recruiter at Randstad Technologies US from 2016 to 2017, focusing on full-cycle technical recruiting for national strategic accounts. Additionally, Spencer served as the Director of Tennessee Speech and Debate at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2013 to 2015, where responsibilities included creating and managing the program's budget, expenses, and logistics. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
