Esther Mustow

Esther Mustow, CCXP, is an accomplished Customer Experience Architect at Getronics since April 2019, bringing extensive expertise in customer experience strategy and operational development. Previously, as Principal Consultant at RippleEx Ltd from April 2015 to March 2019, Esther provided consulting services to enhance customer experience through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives. Esther's career includes various roles at BT Consumer, BT Wholesale, and BT Retail, with responsibilities ranging from PMO to fault management. Esther holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Brighton and a Bachelor's degree in Communications Arts/English from the University of Uyo.
