Paweł Kobusiński is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development. As the CEO and Founder of GetSales since 2020, Paweł has pioneered effective outbound sales processes in Poland, uniquely combining lead generation and sales consulting. Prior to this, Paweł served as Sales Manager at ProCOLD.pl from 2015 to 2020, where responsibilities included B2B sales growth in the HVAC-R installation sector, project evaluation for major clients, new product introduction, recruitment of sales personnel, and the exploration of new business opportunities. Paweł holds an Engineer's degree in Logistics from Poznan University of Technology.
