Jamie Hinely

Jamie Hinely's work experience includes various leadership roles in training and development. In 2006, they joined Valvoline and served as the Manager of Talent Management, where they developed and implemented talent acquisition and development strategies. They also created the company's first professional learning team. In 2016, they became the Director of Global Learning Solutions at Valvoline, overseeing the expansion of the training function and leading the strategic development and deployment of learning and development initiatives. In 2022, Jamie founded their own company, J.B. Hinely & Company, where they serve as the Chief Executive Officer, assisting executives with training and development strategies. They also joined Cognota as a CLO Coach in the same year.

Jamie Hinely has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business. Furthermore, Jamie has a Master of Divinity degree in Theology from Westminister Theological Seminary. Jamie also holds a certification as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Qualification from CPP, Inc.
