In 2000, they began their career in full-time ministry, serving as an Associate Pastor and Creative Director at Times Square Church. In 2022, Rance continued their journey as a Principle Story Designer at the School of Story Design, where they helped learning professionals enhance their skills and elevate the learning function within their organizations. Additionally, they became a CLO Coach at Cognota, providing expert guidance on storytelling integration into training programs.
