Andrey Lyubimov

Andrey Lyubimov is a seasoned professional in customer experience and service development, currently serving as the Head Of Customer Experience at Gett since January 2020. Prior to this role, Andrey held prominent positions at VTB as the Head Of Customer Service Development Department from August 2015 to December 2019, and at Moscow City Telephone Network (MGTS) as Директор департамента обслуживания клиентов from August 2011 to August 2015. Andrey also gained extensive experience at МТС as Head Of Customer Service Development Department from December 2002 to August 2011 and began the career as a Sales Manager at ПАО "Ростелеком"​ from March 2002 to December 2002. Educational background includes a degree in engineering specializing in Radio, Television, and Electronic Communications earned at Vyatka State University between 1995 and 2020 and studies in crisis management economics at the same university from 2002 to 2005.
