Jane Hunter

Jane Hunter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, content management, and customer experience. Currently serving as the Head of Content & Customer Experience at Independent Living Specialists (ILS) since September 2025, Jane previously held various leadership roles at SFI Health, including Global Head of Digital & Customer Experience, Global Head of Digital Marketing, and Global Content Manager from August 2021 to August 2025. Jane's earlier positions include roles at Blackmores Group as Digital Manager for both Practitioner and Pet Health, as well as Editorial Content Manager, and previous experience includes working at NRMA, University of New South Wales, Telegraph Media Group, and Australian Children’s Television Foundation (ACTF). Jane Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science in Geographical Ecology and Environmental Science from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Media from Swinburne University of Technology.
