Isabella Winter

Isabella Winter currently serves as Vice President of People at Gett, having previously held the role of Head of People, UK & Emerging Markets. Prior to this position, Isabella was the Head of People Partnering at GoCardless and spent over two years at WeWork as a Senior People Partner, with responsibilities across international and EMEA regions. Isabella's earlier experience includes leadership in HR at Kier Group, where key initiatives included developing people plans and supporting diversity and inclusion agendas. Previous roles also encompass HR Business Partner positions at HM Treasury and the National Offender Management Service, along with early career experience in media and operational support. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from the University of Oxford and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Aston Business School.
