Taly Gliksman

Taly Gliksman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the tech industry, serving as the Founder of Mentorit.App since October 2024, focusing on connecting mentors within Hitech zones and facilitating job placements through a unique referral model. In addition, Taly has been the QA Automation Team Lead at Gett since September 2021 and has also founded the initiative "נשים משלבות נשים בהייטק" in December 2021. From August 2017 to September 2021, Taly led the QA group for the MAAS Project at Via, overseeing testing coordination and team development. Taly's earlier roles include Scrum Master of the Quality Team at Telefónica Digital and various responsibilities in data analysis and carrier relations management. Taly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv-Yaffo, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
