Tal Pinchas has extensive experience in sales and marketing. From 1993 to 1996, they worked as a Salesperson at Edy Cosméticos. Tal then joined Dr. Fischer as a Sales Manager from 1996 to 2001. Following that, they served as the VP of Sales & Marketing at ELGO Irrigation Ltd. from 2001 to 2010. During their time at ELGO, Tal managed sales and marketing, implemented procedures and processes to improve efficiency, and developed new products. From 2010 to 2016, Tal worked as the VP of Sales & Marketing at Yazamco יזמקו, where they were responsible for commercial sales and operations. Tal achieved growth in sales and gross profit, established work processes, and improved profitability. Since 2016, Tal has been the Head of Sales at Getter Group, where they have successfully increased sales and gross profit, grown the customer base, and implemented a CRM system.
