Latasha Gillespie is an accomplished leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as an Executive Board Member at Getty House Foundation since January 2024. Previously, Gillespie held the position of Head of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Prime Video & Amazon Studios from November 2018 to September 2024 and was the Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Amazon from January 2017 to November 2018. With extensive experience at Caterpillar Inc. from 1996 to 2017 in various roles, including HR Director for multiple regions and Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion, Gillespie developed impactful diversity strategies and metrics recognized by DiversityInc. Additional previous roles include Employee Relations Manager and Global Compensation and Benefits Manager at Solar Turbines. Gillespie holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
