Justin Heiman

Justin Heiman has extensive experience in the field of sports photography and editing, currently serving as the Managing Photo Editor, North America Sport at Getty Images since July 2007. In this role, Justin directs all global remote photo editing operations for major events, including the Olympics, Stanley Cup, World Series, Super Bowl, Met Gala, and Presidential Inaugurations. Prior to this position, Justin was the Senior Field Editor, overseeing logistics and managing photographers and editors for prominent sports events. Earlier experience includes serving as the Motorsports Field Editor, where Justin led onsite editing for NASCAR races. Additionally, Justin worked as a Tape & EVS Operator at YES Network and as a Photo Researcher/Photo Assistant at The Associated Press. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from SUNY Brockport.
