Mark J. Olear

Mark Olear is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in real estate management and investment. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for Springpoint since January 2020, which has a long-standing legacy of over 100 years in aging services, Mark also holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Getty Realty Corp since May 2014, where responsibilities include managing and growing the company's real estate holdings. Previously, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer at TD Bank from July 2007 to April 2014, overseeing site selection and construction for retail locations, and served as Senior Director of Real Estate for The Home Depot from November 1996 to June 2007, leading store development in key regions. Additional roles include experience as Director of Real Estate for A&P and Real Estate Manager for Toys R Us, with early career experience in market research at Pathmark Stores, Inc. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Upsala College.
