Katie Einhorn

Katie Einhorn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in knowledge management and scholarly publishing. Currently serving as a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist at Upside since September 2021, Katie contributes to a digital marketplace that enhances consumer purchasing power and supports retail profitability. Previously, at the American Psychological Association from 2011 to 2021, Katie held multiple roles, including Peer Review Manager, where responsibilities included managing peer review operations for over 90 high-profile journals. Katie successfully led a significant migration project to the Atlassian suite, facilitating collaboration among various departments. Earlier roles included Journal Production Manager and Editorial Manuscript Coordinator, focusing on the production and review processes for scholarly publications. Katie holds a B.A., Magna Cum Laude, in Psychology and English from Gettysburg College, complemented by a College Year in Athens experience.
