Mike Abram has extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. From 1997 to 2003, they worked in various roles at Accenture, Centive, and Nexus Energy Software, gaining experience as an engagement manager and senior project manager. Mike then joined Aviva in 2004, where they served as AVP and Director of the Program Office, responsible for change and program management, operational risk management, and strategic project budgets. In 2007, Mike transitioned to Jumptap (later acquired by Millennial Media) as Vice President of Business & Technical Operations, building an operational infrastructure to support the company's growth and managing key client relationships. Mike joined DataXu in 2012 as Vice President of Operations, focusing on scaling the company while improving customer satisfaction and team efficiency. Mike later joined Jobcase, Inc. in 2016, initially as Head of Customer Success & Business Operations and then as SVP of Revenue, Customer & Business Operations. At Jobcase, they created and scaled various functions, delivered operational solutions to drive growth and cost savings, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement. Most recently, Mike joined Upside in 2023 as Vice President of Operations Excellence, contributing to the digital marketplace's goal of empowering consumers and achieving sustainability initiatives.
Mike Abram attended Cornell University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering. In 2006, they completed the CEDEP Management Development Program at INSEAD and also participated in the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School, focusing on Building Competitive Advantage Through Operations. Additionally, in 2005, they completed an Executive Education Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, specializing in Gateway to Business Management.
