Sue W. Chan

Sue W. Chan is an accomplished marketing professional currently serving as Vice President of Consumer Marketing at Upside since June 2025. Chan has a diverse background with significant leadership roles, including CMO at Settle and Head of Product Marketing at Affirm. Chan's experience also includes notable positions at PayPal, where responsibilities encompassed Senior Director of Consumer Product Marketing and Head of Consumer GTM Strategy, as well as founding Miraiko, an online store focused on design-centric children's apparel and toys.
