Jeffrey Wright has a wide range of experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Jeffrey is currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards at Weave HQ since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Honeywell for several years in various roles, including Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits, Director of Compensation & Benefits, Senior Manager Compensation, and Compensation and Benefits Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for leading compensation, benefits, and global teams, providing strategic support in areas such as market pay, job analysis, pay programs, and benefits programs. Jeffrey also oversaw annual compensation planning and presented findings to senior leadership. Before joining Honeywell, Jeffrey worked as an HR Generalist at GOAL ZERO, LLC and as an HR Project Lead at the Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce. Jeffrey also gained experience as an intern at JetBlue Airways. Jeffrey's early career includes roles as an HR Manager/Operations Manager and intern at the Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as an HR Assistant at Savage Services. Jeffrey started their career in 2004 as a Call Center Representative at 1-800 CONTACTS. Throughout their career, Jeffrey has demonstrated expertise in compensation, benefits, labor laws, and HR operations.

Jeffrey Wright completed their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their enrollment at Salt Lake Community College from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business. Following this, they attended Utah State University from 2008 to 2009, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Marketing. Continuing their educational journey, Wright pursued a Master of Science in Human Resources from Utah State University, from 2010 to 2011. Jeffrey then completed their studies with an MBA degree in Business from Utah State University, which they obtained between 2011 and 2012.
