Kayla Bowman Minor

Kayla Bowman Minor is a seasoned professional in instructional design and training development, currently serving as a Training Design Manager at Weave since November 2022, and previously held the position of Senior Instructional Designer. Earlier experience includes roles at Henry Schein One as a Customer Education Content Developer, leading a project to redesign the Educational Resource Center, and serving as Design Team Lead at Disaster Discovery Center, where supervision of a team focused on disaster preparedness education was key. Kayla has also worked as an Instructional Designer at BYU-Pathway Worldwide, contributing to the development of training materials, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Brigham Young University, participating in the creation of eLearning simulations in STEM. With a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Brigham Young University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in French and an Associate of Arts from Utah Valley University, Kayla demonstrates a strong foundation in both educational design and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
