Kolby Jensen has a diverse background in human resources, starting with an internship at New Haven Residential Treatment Center in 2006. They then worked as a Compensation Analyst at Utah Valley University from 2007 to 2008. Following that, Kolby took on the role of HR Generalist at InnerChange: Solutions for Families from 2008 to 2014. After that, they joined Workfront, where they held several positions including Sr. HR Business Partner from 2014 to 2016 and Manager, Global Human Resources from 2016 to 2017. Kolby then served as Sr. Manager Global People Operations from 2018 to 2020. They continued their career at Adobe as Total Rewards Operations Manager, Global Benefits from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Kolby holds the position of Director of HRBP's & Employee Experience at Weave starting from 2022.
Kolby Jensen, MSHR, has an education history that includes a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Utah State University, obtained between 2012 and 2013. Prior to that, Jensen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Utah Valley University, between 2003 and 2007.
In addition to Jensen's formal education, they have also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute in February 2022.
