R. Claire Johns González

R. Claire Johns González is an emerging professional in the biotechnology and strategy sectors, currently serving as a Strategy Intern at Weave and as a Biotechnology Investment Analyst at Utah Innovation Lab since January 2024 and September 2023, respectively. As the Founder and BYU Chapter President of BioHive Utah since March 2023, R. Claire has actively contributed to the biotechnology community. Previous experiences include internships at PwC in Workforce Transformation, Stryker in Product Management, and NurseTech, LLC in Project Management, among others, demonstrating a strong background in operations and market analysis. R. Claire has a Bachelor's degree in Genetics, Genomics, and Biotechnology from Brigham Young University, where involvement as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and contributions to the Hope Clinic highlight a commitment to community service and research excellence.
