Fred Hartman

Fred Hartman has a strong background in software engineering and management. Fred began their career at XDB Systems as a Director of Engineering from 1995 to 1998. Fred then worked at Micro Focus as a Software Development Manager in charge of ExpressLane development and support from January 1998 to October 1998. Following this, they joined Merant as a Senior Software Engineer, where they wrote and tested a DRDA ODBC Driver and managed an engineering and QA team for DBMS and ODBC driver development from October 1998 to February 1999. Fred Hartman then worked at webMethods, starting as a Director of Engineering and later transitioning to the role of Advanced Technology Group, where they primarily focused on coding in Java, integrating JBoss J2EE Applications Server into Integration Server, and researching technologies for future webMethods products. Fred joined GetWellNetwork in October 2006 as the Vice President of Software Engineering, a position in which they currently serve.

Fred Hartman received their Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they attained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland between 1982 and 1986.
