Katherine Virkstis

Katherine Virkstis has a comprehensive background in clinical leadership, with significant experience as Chief Clinical Officer and VP of Clinical Advisory Services at Get Well from August 2022 to January 2025. Prior to this role, Katherine served as Managing Director and Executive Partner at Advisory Board from November 2011 to July 2022, where responsibilities included strategic management of membership programs for clinical and operational executives across over 35 countries and oversight of research teams. Katherine also held the position of Practice Manager at the same organization, managing the Nursing Executive Center. Earlier in the career, Katherine worked as a Family Physician at North Street Wellness from September 2001 to August 2005, delivering comprehensive healthcare services to diverse patient populations. Katherine holds a BS in Biology from the University of Vermont and a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine.
