Sergio Cruz

Sergio Cruz has extensive experience in finance and financial planning & analysis. Sergio started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at International Hospital Corp in 2003, where they managed the budget process and oversaw financial statements for four hospitals. Sergio then worked at gategroup as a Manager and later as a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, managing the consolidated budget process for 70 entities across 35 countries. At Millennial Media, Sergio served as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, where they supported executive decision-making and managed budget and rolling forecast processes. Sergio later joined AOL as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, leading the integration of Millennial Media into the company. Most recently, Sergio has been working at AMC Networks as the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, before transitioning to their current role as the VP of Finance at GetWellNetwork.

Sergio Cruz obtained an MBA degree in Global Financial Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
