Anne Marie Messier

Anne Marie Messier is the Chief Strategist and Founder of Straightline Management Solutions, where organizational effectiveness and creative solutions for dynamic work teams are prioritized. In addition to this role since January 2001, Messier is also a member of the Founders Advisory Board and a WiseAnne Marie's expert, contributing to a platform that connects women entrepreneurs with expert advice. As a Leadership Board Member and Senior Mentor for Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll) since 2012, strategic planning and mentorship for startup teams are key responsibilities. Messier's experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for Career Rings and an adjunct professorship at Suffolk University's Organizational Development Graduate Program. Previous roles span director-level human resources positions at Lois Paul and Partners and Bausch and Lomb. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Business - Human Resources Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, an MBA in Business Management from Rivier University, and certification in Strengths Based Coaching from Gallup.
