Ellinor Nilsson

Ellinor Nilsson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ellinor began their career with Tetra Pak as an accounting apprentice in 2004. Ellinor then moved on to Planhotel Hospitality Group, where they worked in accounting, controlling, and revenue management from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Citi as a temporary accountant at Cititrust. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Dori Media Group, handling accounting, tax, and reporting for Dori Media International.

In 2012, Nilsson took a sabbatical to go on an extended travel journey before joining Native Instruments as a financial reporting specialist in October 2012. Ellinor later became a financial controller in May 2014 and stayed with the company until March 2016.

Since 2016, Nilsson has been working at GetYourGuide in various roles. Ellinor started as a finance manager from April 2016 to June 2017, then became a senior finance manager from July 2017 to February 2018. Ellinor was promoted to head of international accounting from March 2018 to September 2019 and then to head of group accounting, reporting, and finance IT systems from October 2019 onwards. Ellinor'smost recent role at GetYourGuide is director of group reporting and finance systems, starting in February 2021.

Ellinor Nilsson has a diverse education history with various institutions. Ellinor participated in the Professional Development Program Europe at Cornell University in 2006, focusing on Revenue Management. Ellinor also attended the Glion Institute of Higher Education, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Hospitality Management. Additionally, Ellinor studied at several international schools, including Hong Kong International School, Hvitfeldtska gymnasiet in Goteborg, Sweden, Istanbul International Community School, Seoul International School, Sigtunaskolan Humanistiska Läroverket (SSHL), and UWC South East Asia, however, no specific degrees or fields of study were provided for these institutions. Furthermore, they completed an Intensive French Course at the Richelieu Institute de Francais.
