Emil Martinsek

Emil Martinsek is the Chief Marketing Officer at GetYourGuide. He is responsible for the company’s marketing and growth strategy.

Before assuming his current role in 2018, Emil served as Vice President of Product Management at GetYourGuide, in which he was chiefly responsible for scaling the company’s performance marketing capabilities and driving market-leading mobile growth. Products built by Emil and his team connect the company with tens of millions of consumers.

Prior to joining GetYourGuide in 2013, Emil held several roles at travel booking platform Hotwire, serving most recently as Director of Product. Emil began his career in the Technology Labs division of global consulting firm Accenture, where he focused on innovations in data analytics and data architecture.

A native of Dayton, Ohio, Emil holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
