Farrukh Akhound

Farrukh Akhound is an experienced professional in pharmaceutical development, currently serving as Assistant Manager NPD at Getz Pharma since May 2022. Previously, Farrukh held positions as Senior Executive R&D at The SEARLE Company Ltd. and Sr. Officer NPD at HiltonPharma Pvt Ltd. Additionally, Farrukh worked as a Formulation Pharmacist at Hilton Pharma Limited. Responsibilities included formulation development for various dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, injections, suspension, and syrup, along with trial batch manufacturing. Farrukh earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Sindh between 2010 and 2014.
