Sylvana Laham

Sylvana Laham is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the MENA region, currently serving as HR Director for Getz Pharma since July 2023. Sylvana is also a Global Advisory Board Member for the Future Talent Council since June 2019. Previously, Sylvana held the position of Chief People Officer at Integrated Pharma Solutions from January 2013 to July 2023 and served as Human Resources Director for Sanofi in the Near East from May 2002 to August 2012. Additional roles include Human Resources Consultant at the American University of Beirut and Management Associate at AIG. With an educational background that includes a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the American University of Beirut and a Master's in Business Administration from Newport University, Sylvana also holds a BA in Computer Science from New York University.
