Roger Höfle

Chief Technology Officer at Getzner - engineering a quiet future

Roger Höfle's work experience begins in 2004 when they joined TU München as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter and Projektleiter am Zentrum Geotechnik. Roger stayed in this role until 2010. In 2010, they joined Getzner - engineering a quiet future as a Research and Development Engineer, and worked there until 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Corporate Development Manager at Getzner, and then became the Head of Corporate Development from 2016 to 2017. Höfle was then promoted to the role of Senior Vice President Construction Division in 2018, which they held until 2021. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at Getzner - engineering a quiet future. In 2021, they also became a Member of the Board of Directors at merz+benteli ag.

Roger Höfle obtained their Bachelor's degree in Bauingenieurwesen (Civil Engineering) from the Technical University of Munich in 1999. Roger then pursued a Master's degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Industrial Engineering) from FernUniversität in Hagen, graduating in 2004. Roger continued their education at Technical University of Munich, completing their Doctorate in Bauingenieurwesen in 2012. Roger further expanded their knowledge by obtaining a Diplom-Kaufmann degree (Business Administration) from FernUniversität in Hagen in 2009. Additionally, they pursued degrees in Volkswirtschaftslehre (Economics) and Wirtschaftsrecht (Business Law), earning Diplom-Volkswirt and LL.M. respectively, both from FernUniversität in Hagen in 2009 and Universität des Saarlandes in 2016.
