Kenny Whittaker

Kenny Whittaker is a seasoned Level 2 Rope Access Technician with extensive experience in wind turbine blade repair, inspection, and maintenance. At GEV Group since May 2015, Kenny has led complex repairs, conducted thorough inspections, and ensured compliance with safety protocols while managing work scope and risk assessments. Previous roles include inspecting the Forth Road Bridge for EQUINOX ACCESS SOLUTIONS LTD, rigging and banksman duties on the Siemens Helwin Alpha offshore platform for Alpha Offshore Service, and serving as Lead Blade Technician at Remote Access Technology. With a solid foundation in industrial painting and protective coatings stemming from an apprenticeship and earlier roles, Kenny has developed a comprehensive skill set encompassing both technical and safety aspects of rope access and wind turbine technology.
