Kevin Belgrave

Kevin Belgrave, P.E., PTOE, is a Senior Project Manager and Director of Transportation Services at Gewalt Hamilton Associates, Inc. Kevin has been with the company since February 2005 and has experience in roadway design, construction engineering, intersection design studies, and traffic signal design. Prior to their current position, Kevin worked as a Civil Engineer IV at the Illinois Department of Transportation for 14 years, serving as a Permit Engineer for District One / Region One. Kevin holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
