Dennis Schauer

Dennis Schauer has over 15 years of extensive experience in financial management and corporate transactions. Since April 2010, Dennis has held the position of Sektionsleiter Finanzen and Ressortleiter Finanzen at Münchner Wohnen, focusing on employee leadership, real estate transactions, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and corporate law, and taxation. Prior to this, Dennis worked at Sky from October 2007 to April 2010 as Manager Corporate Transactions, where responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, equity management, corporate finance, corporate law, and investor relations. Dennis began their career at rt1.media group GmbH as an Assistant to the Executive Board from February 2006 to October 2007, dealing with committees, supervisory boards, shareholder meetings, finance, commercial and corporate law, and equity management. Dennis holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsrecht from Pforzheim University, which was completed from 2000 to 2005.
