Ciprian Rad

Ciprian Rad has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as the Owner of RadTech SRL since August 2022 and working as a Quality Specialist at GF Casting Solutions since January 2022. Previously, Ciprian held the position of Quality Coordinator at voestalpine from October 2017 to June 2021, overseeing quality activities and team management. Ciprian also worked as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Yazaki Component Technology, focusing on material quality according to customer specifications, and as a Quality Engineer at voestalpine, where responsibilities included developing quality processes and documentation. Additionally, Ciprian has a background in Human Resources, managing recruitment and employee-related documentation. Ciprian holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Universitatea „Aurel Vlaicu” din Arad, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
