Zeyad al-Haj

Zeyad Al-Haj currently serves as the Executive Director of IT at GFH Financial Group, a role held since January 2002, where leadership focuses on aligning IT with business transformation and enhancing digital customer experiences. Previous positions at GFH include IT Service Delivery Senior Director, overseeing global service delivery for over 500 users, and IT Infrastructure & Operations Director, where strategic alignment and cost optimization initiatives were successfully implemented. Earlier experience at GRANDLAYS BANK involved supporting customer-focused banking operations and contributing to a call center project that improved response times. Zeyad holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Kingdom University, obtained between January 2008 and January 2012.
